lyrics

It comes from the ageing lines, I surrender.
And if wisdom had it's hand in mine, there I'd find my treasure.
And vagrants on stolen cultures trespass, I am one of those,
In the eyes of those who time forgot, another toothless soul.

And there are words I spilt in foolish reminiscence.
And the holy of my father's art, has since then recommenced.

Gentle, footfall, careful where you walk.
Makeshift, ritual, for those of mixed blood.

It comes from the ageing lines, to death I surrender.
Is impermanence the mark of current days, incandescent splendour.
And weeds have foraged on the path, my life is filled with those.
All the staples we have stuck to hold, and feared comforts undone.

Gentle, footfall, careful where you walk.
Makeshift, ritual, for those of mixed blood.
